Our Industry and Community Partners
Partners support Emerging Builders in constructing a more equitable bridge from education and training to employment. Industry and community partnerships support the Emerging Builder’s mission. Builders work with industry partners on actual project sites in opportunity zones. This means that for the majority of each week Emerging Builders are placed as employees with these companies on project sites in the communities where they live. Companies provide wages, structure and support. Community partners provide both the wraparound services and other opportunities for Builders.
